This family home in Comox is a common style for the valley. You enter the home 'downstairs' where you'll find things like the laundry room, a bathroom (2 - 4 pieces, depending on the home), a rec room, a bedroom and in this case, a large storage room. Upstairs is where you find the main living. Some homes have 3 bedrooms up, some have 2. It also varies as to whether there is an ensuite or not. These homes are usually older and are priced according to location, size and upgrades already done. You can be close to schools, shopping and the awesome recreation the Comox Valley has to offer.
